Construction improvements funded by the 2018 bond are well underway at Yoshikai. The bond promises some level of improvement at all schools in the district. Approximately $6.6 million is being invested in expansions and improvements at Yoshikai.

Work started in June of 2021 and has advanced steadily. Progress on the ten-classroom addition can be observed from the drop-off loop in front of the school. Interior renovations, such as improvements to the front entry and check-in space and library-media center, will continue during school breaks. Improvements to the gym are complete.

Construction will continue through the school year and is on track to be complete in the fall of 2022. Construction can be inconvenient, but the results will be worth the temporary discomfort. Thank you to our staff, students and parents for being supportive and understanding during construction!
